Graduate Program
Leadership Buffalo Graduate Program participants will
understand how to improve skills and gain competence in the new capacities of
leadership critical to the success of their corporations, organizations, and
community. Corporations and organizations will benefit from having leaders who
understand how to lead in these changing, turbulent times.
THE GRADUATE PROGRAM
EXPERIENCE
Through an intense and highly interactive program,
participants will cultivate life-long skills, deepening both personal and
collaborative leadership capacity. The LB Graduate Program concentrates on:

enhancement leading to the creation of more effective change agents to
serve the Buffalo Niagara region
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
The LB Graduate Program is offered periodically to graduates
of Leadership Buffalo and other community leadership programs in the Buffalo
Niagara region. Please give us a call or check back on the website for updates
on this program.
SELECTION CRITERIA
You must be a graduate of either the Rising Leaders or Class
Experience program to apply.
MEMBERSHIP
Applicants will already be a graduate of either the Rising
Leaders or Class Experience program.
