Administrative Assistant /Marketing Coordinator



The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing the clerical needs of the office and being the point person for marketing/communication coordination.   These functions include but are not limited to the following:





  • Filing
  • Maintaining Prospect List/Database
  • Assist with session preparations (CE, RL, YL, LBE and EB)
  • Create and send all surveys for all programs (CE, RL, EB, LBE and YL)
  • Event support


Marketing Coordinator

  • Implement all social media postings (Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
  • Manage website updates 
  • Coordinate Advertisements for any publications (with outsourced marketing specialist for creative)
  • Manage Network News (LB’s weekly email communication)

Administrative – back up on:

  • Phones
  • Board Meeting – attendance 
  • Board Meeting – minutes
  • Board Meetings – binders/orientation



Assist with all Leadership Buffalo events and programs where necessary.   These include but are not limited to:

  • Welcome Reception
  • Retreats
  • Annual Meeting
  • Bowling Fundraiser 
  • Values Luncheon
  • Golf Tournament
  • Graduation(s)
  • Annual Open House


Skills Required / preferred

Familiarity with CMS, Mail Chimp, Survey Monkey, CRM, Proficiency of Adobe, Office Suites
