For Company Development
The IDI (Intercultural Development Inventory) is a widely used and effective cross-culturally valid assessment for building cultural competence. Using the IDI can help staff establish shared language within their company to be able to work towards common goals and intercultural competency.
The ABCs of DEIB

IDI Company Assessment
What to Expect: A complete profile (individual and/or group report). A confidential guided report of your personal results and group results (if applicable). The IDI measures individuals’ and groups’ placement along the Intercultural Development Continuum (IDC). The IDC describes orientations toward cultural differences ranging from the more monocultural mindsets of Denial and Polarization through the transitional orientation of Minimization to the intercultural mindsets of Acceptance and Adaptation. This tool is used to determine where an individual or group stands as a framework and reference point to help build personal and professional goals and a development roadmap.
Length of Workshop:
- For an individual report: Approximately 30 minutes - 1 hour
- Group Report and Workship: at least 2 hours for a group report (company needs will determine length of workshop)
Cost:
- $60 for an individual report.
- $1,000 for a company profile which includes a 2 hour training and comprehesive company profile.
- Individual report sessions can be booked for an additional cost.

The ABCs of DEIB
What to Expect: When exploring DEIB work, the response we get the most is a hesitation to start due to a fear of making a mistake or doing something wrong. This course is designed to allow participants space to ask questions and practice using the language in a safe and judgement-free environment. Participants will explore the facets of DEIB with a crash course in terminology. Whether it's gaining a clearer understanding of "cultural competence" or how to make "work-life balance" work for you, this workship is sure to have something for everybody. We recommend this course for individuals who are just beginning their DEIB journey or those that need a fresh start. Whether you are a volunteer, part-time staff, manager or C-Suite staff, this workshop is a great course for individuals or groups who are just beginning their DEIB journey or those that need a refresher.
Length of Workshop: 1.5 hours in person (1 hour virtual courses offered)
Cost:
- $40 per person (virtual)
- $89 per person (in person)
- $900 for small corporate groups (5-12 participants)
- $1,400 for large corporate groups (13-25 participants)

Developing an AMO
What to Expect: Is your company or business struggling to implement DEIB into your strategic plan? Learn how to develop an intentional model that incorporates DEIB into every facet of your company. Developing an Anti-Racist Multicultural Organization requires thoughtful analysis of current systems that uphold opression and discovering ways to dismantle barriers for and with people of color. While the strategies in this course are mainly centered around race, the strategies developed in this workship can be applied and used to uplift all marginalized communities.
Length of Workshop: 2 hours in person (1 hour virtual courses offered)

Creating a Belonging Space
What to Expect: As we explore moments that defined who we are we will examine how those moments may or may not have made us feel like we belong. Learn how to foster inclusive and belonging spaces and what barriers exist to that work. In this workshop we will create a roadmap and framework to bring back to your workplace. We will identify strategy that you can use in your everyday life to ensure that you and those around you have a strong sense of belonging.
Length of Workshop: 2 hours in person (1 hour virtual courses offered)
