It's Not Your Parent's Job (The Future of Work)
The world is changing and so is the landscape of the workplace. Current trends are rapidly altering the way people work and how organizations operate. This interactive session will explore how these trends will impact employees, leaders, organizations, and the work we do. Participants will gain a new perspective of the future of work, and understand what needs to change and how to prepare in order to adapt to what's to come.

Leveraging Generational Diversity
The workplace is a melting pot. It's a blend of different generations, which means different expectations, needs, preferences, personalities, and work styles. So how do you get everyone to work together more effectively and extract the best of these blended generations? This session will explore the different generations, and understand how each can contribute different perspectives, ideas and solutions. Participants will learn ways to engage individuals of all generations, appreciate what each has to offer, and utilize the differences for better collaboration and the great good.

Organizational Navigation...What it Takes to be Organizationally Savvy
Organizations are more complex than ever. It takes a lot more than a navy suit to navigate the politics and culture, and to be recognized as a successful professional. This session will explore what it takes to be organizationally savvy, and how to influence effectively at all levels.
