Women's Leadership
Are you a woman who is seeking new levels of professional and personal success? The world needs more women leaders who are empowered to be unapologetically confident in their abilities to serve as role models and change agents. Your organization is no exception. This series is for high potential women who wish to join a network of empowered women ready to make their leadership mark. Build a legacy as a respected and competent leader who can serve as a role model for other women and men in business.

Session 1: January 16th
The Balancing Act of Juggling Multiple Roles

Women are constantly juggling many roles and managing expectations resulting in stress, fatigue and a decreasing sense of self. This workshop will provide a supportive environment for women to understand suppressed stressors, manage stress and find insights and practical solutions to balance work and life more effectively.

Session 2: January 30th
Assertive Communication and Conflict Management Skill Building

Do you find it hard to say "no"? Is it difficult for you to speak up to ensure your ideas and views are being heard? Assertive behavior enables us to act in our best interests and exercise personal rights without violating the rights of others or damaging relationships. This workshop is designed for women who want to find a way to get things done and get what they need while building their credibility and integrity.

Session 3: February 13th
Leading Through Emotion

As strong women, we distinguish ourselves by our ability to manage our own emotions as well as others in order to reach desired outcomes. Emotional intelligence (EI) is the new yardstick by which others judge us and our abilities as competent leaders. This experiential workshop will explore the concept of EI, and how to use EI to stimulate outstanding performance. Together, we will answer the questions: What is EI? How does EI relate to outstanding leadership effectiveness? How can we as women develop our own emotional intelligence?

Session 4: February 27th
Get Noticed and Be Remembered! (Powerful Presentation Skills)

You know what you want to say, and how you'd like it to be interpreted. Yet, when it is time for you to speak, you struggle to be heard. This session is for anyone who strives to be a more confident and impactful communicator. Together, we'll explore the truth behind your struggles to be a more impactful communicator. Practical techniques to become more confident in ANY communication situation EVERYTIME will also be shared. Participants will walk away with renewed hopefulness and confidence that will lead to a better outcome the next time they are faced with a communication opportunity.
