This 1.5-hour workshop builds on the personality and performance assessment workshop by helping the coach to gain deeper insights into the client’s history, motivators, fears, learnings, behavioral trends and connections to their current situation and performance. In addition, the facilitator will conduct an exercise that demonstrates these skills and thus enhance the value proposition of the coach.
