No coach, regardless of training and years of experience, is immune to challenges and curve balls that arise unexpectedly. This 2-hour workshop will review some of the most comment issues that arise in a coaching engagement including resistance to change, confidentiality and ethical dilemmas. In addition to learning from the instructor(s), participants are encouraged to bring their most vexing challenges to receive real-time advice and feedback.
