Jessica Cox leads Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield in Western and Northeastern New York. With over 20 years of healthcare experience, she previously served as Senior Vice President at Excellus BlueCross BlueShield. She began her career as a medical technologist and holds a BS from Upstate Medical University, along with executive education from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Ekua Mends-Aidoo | President, Clementine Gold Group
A leader in equitable policy development, Ekua Mends-Aidoo has over 15 years of experience across government, nonprofit, and healthcare sectors. She was recognized with Buffalo Business First’s I.D.E.A. Award and named a "Power 200 Woman" in WNY. She also serves on the WNY Regional Committee for the Smithsonian American Women’s History Museum.
