Please check back for applications and updates on when this program will be held if interested in applying.
Community Facilitation Team (CFT)
Since 1999, Leadership Buffalo has worked to train a select group of LB members to serve the Buffalo Niagara region as community facilitators. Members of the CFT assist smaller non-profit organizations, community groups, and municipalities in defining organizational direction and strategic planning. The CFT also engages the community in facilitated public dialogue about critical community issues.
