Join an elite group of Leadership Buffalo alumni in our groundbreaking pilot program designed to elevate your leadership impact and reconnect you with Leadership Buffalo now.

Tailored for alumni of Leadership Buffalo's Class Experience and Rising Leaders programs, LB Now was created in response to alumni requests for more ways to stay connected, continue learning, and experience our new Leadership Buffalo University (LBU) curriculum. This pilot program challenges participants to expand their vision, explore emerging community priorities, and strengthen their capabilities as catalysts for meaningful change.

Through LBU sessions and flexible day session options, participants will connect with a diverse network of alumni and current cohort members, explore critical community issues, and develop actionable strategies to create lasting impact. By collaborating with leaders from varied sectors, LB Now participants will enhance their leadership skills while gaining a richer understanding of Buffalo’s evolving landscape.

This program is ideal for alumni committed to lifelong learning, advancing their personal and professional growth, and fostering transformation within their organizations and the Buffalo community.

How to Participate in LB Now?

LB Now offers two ways to engage with our evolving leadership programming:

Option 1: LB Now

You will be able to access all 5 Leadership Buffalo University (LBU) 2026 sessions. LBU is a premier hub that provides interactive, innovative, and practical and practical leadership development experiences that help individuals unlock their excellence.

Cost: Paid LB Member: $750 | Non-Member: $925

Option 2: LB Now Plus

Not only will you be able to access all 5 Leadership Buffalo University (LBU) sessions. You will be able to select to participate in 2 day sessions of your choice. This is an opportunity to revisit your Leadership Buffalo journey and stay connected with the evolving landscape of our community.

Cost: Paid LB Member: $2,020 | Non-Member: $2,195

Who is the Program For?

LB Now is designed specifically for alumni of Leadership Buffalo's Class Experience and Rising Leaders programs who are established in their leadership journeys and eager to continue growing their skills and impact. Participants often include corporate executives, entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and civic-minded professionals who are committed to driving meaningful change. This program is ideal for those ready to broaden their perspectives, strengthen connections with both peers and emerging leaders, and make a lasting impact on their organizations and the Buffalo community.

What Participants Can Expect

LB Now offers a dynamic, pilot program experience that combines Leadership Buffalo University (LBU) sessions with flexible day session options. Participants will engage in immersive sessions that explore critical issues and emerging priorities within the Buffalo community. Through collaboration with peers and current cohort members, participants will examine challenges and opportunities in areas such as economic and workforce development, public health, social equity, and community sustainability.

Participants can choose how they engage with LB Now: the Full Program option includes access to all five LBU sessions plus two additional day sessions of your choice, allowing alumni to revisit topics from their original Leadership Buffalo experience and explore new areas of growth. The LBU Only option provides access solely to the five LBU sessions, offering a focused, intensive leadership development experience alongside the Class of 2026.

Integrated Leadership Development

LB Now is enhanced by Leadership Buffalo University, providing participants with an intensive, immersive leadership development journey. Participants will complete a TriMetrix® HD assessment, offering a powerful foundation for growth, self-awareness, and more effective collaboration throughout the program. LBU sessions focus on advanced leadership principles, including emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. These tailored sessions are designed to empower participants to lead with purpose and make a measurable impact.
