Join Leadership Buffalo, and the team from Catapult, as we explore the current issues and trends of Women's Leadership in the workplace today.

Each Leadership Buffalo Alumni member who registers may also register up to three (3) additional guests at the rate listed below. Additional guests are not required to be LB Alumni.

Women's Leadership
Are you a woman who is seeking new levels of professional and personal success? The world needs more women leaders who are empowered to be unapologetically confident in their abilities to serve as role models and change agents. Your organization is no exception. This series is for high potential women who wish to join a network of empowered women ready to make their leadership mark. Build a legacy as a respected and competent leader who can serve as a role model for other women and men in business.

Session 1: January 15th
TRIBES 

Connecting female leaders with a shared interest while creating a network with a strong support system within it.  Building connections with one another where women feel safe to share their personal stories and ask for support.

Session 2: January 29th
PERSONAL BRAND 

Vulnerability, Confidence, Assertive Communication, Authenticity, Having Influence, Emotional Intelligence.  This takes a new spin on how to use influence to use one's Personal Brand to affect change within the organization. 

Session 3: February 12th
WORK LIFE INTEGRATION

Juggling multiple roles, integrating work and home life, and understand flexibility.  Having a balance is difficult, but proper integration can make all the difference. 

Session 4: February 26th
ME TOO 

Wage parity, policy change, and organizational performance reviews.  This topic talks about the importance of including men in the conversation and effectively working with them.
