Join Leadership Buffalo, and the team from Catapult, as we explore the current issues and trends of Women's Leadership in the workplace today.
Each Leadership Buffalo Alumni member who registers may also register up to three (3) additional guests at the rate listed below. Additional guests are not required to be LB Alumni.
LOCATION: All trainings are held from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at 500 Seneca Street, 4th Floor Conference Room
Paid LB Members: $650 for all four sessions or $175 per session
Non-paid LB Members: $750 for all four sessions or $195 per session

Women's Leadership

How might women begin to create synergies between all aspects of their work, family, community engagements and personal well-being? This session will identify tools and techniques that can aid women in achieving harmony in all aspect of their lives.

Defining Success for Women
Career success doesn't look the same for every woman, gaining an understanding of the career path best suited for yourself and for other women is imperative to understand how to provide appropriate support.How can you assist in developing more women into the C-Suite? How can you support women who want to take a break from climbing the corporate ladder?
Session 4: March 10th
Importance of Mentorship and Sponsorship on Career Success
Women have been making a name for themselves in organizations for many years. They are taking their career goals to the next level and obtaining positions they have worked hard to achieve. Unfortunately, many top leadership positions are still held by men. How might women leverage mentoring and sponsoring opportunities to further advance themselves into leadership roles?
