Workshop Summary:
Navigating avoidance, procrastination, and overwhelm? We all experience lack of motivation and focus from time to time. Many of us believe that we have to improve our mindset or that we're just lazy, but these emotional states have deeper meanings behind them. We'll discuss the WHY behind these tactics and how we can begin to navigate and shift into productivity, excitement, and flow more easily.
