Leadership Buffalo Reference
At Leadership Buffalo, we bring together leaders from diverse backgrounds to deepen their understanding of community issues, broaden their perspectives, and strengthen their capacity to lead with purpose. Since our founding, we’ve connected and empowered more than 4,000 individuals who are committed to driving positive change across Western New York.
Our Class Experience and Rising Leaders programs offer a year-long journey of personal and professional growth. Participants engage in regular full-day sessions, two overnight retreats, and community-focused projects. These programs are designed for individuals from corporations, small and entrepreneurial businesses, civic and community organizations, and nonprofits who are currently serving in, or preparing for, leadership roles.
Each applicant must provide at least one letter of reference by September 19.
