Succession Planning involves the identification and development of talent to fill planned as well as unexpected vacancies in an organization.  This workshop covers the basics of effective succession planning including key terminology, useful tools and potential pitfalls that may be encountered.  Participants will gain insights and ideas they can apply as they improve their efforts to not only identify succession candidates, but to also accelerate development and readiness, to fill important roles.
