A coach-facilitated, two-hour virtual workshop for leaders that provides an overview of change management principles, concepts, and practical tools. Participants should come to the workshop with a current or past change challenge (downsizing, reorganization, acquisition, new procedure roll-out, etc.) to get the most of the workshop.
