Cultural Intelligence, or CQ, is a globally recognized way of assessing and improving effectiveness in culturally diverse situations.  It is rooted in rigorous, academic research conducted across more than 100 countries.  

During this session you will be guided through self-assessing your own cultural values.  These values are preferences individuals have for how they navigate life.  These values indicate how people prefer to interact, communicate, plan and complete tasks.

These values can be helpful as you will better understand your leadership and coaching style and preferences.  By better understanding yourself you can better support your team and your clients.
