What is the difference between managing and leading? This can be confusing because there’s a lot of overlap and great variety in how people see each each of these roles. The biggest difference is the scope of role. Leaders are typically concerned with the whole organization where managers are more concerned about a subset of the organization. But it’s not that simple because managers can be leaders and leader can be managers. This workshop will help to identify when you need to be a manager and when you need to be a leader. You will learn the various skills and competencies needed for each of these and also receive suggestions on how to develop.
