LBE will create an opportunity for non-managerial employees to:

• Experience Buffalo from all perspectives
• Increase their knowledge of the importance of community service
• Increase their problem solving skills
• Develop their servant leadership skills
• Develop a better understanding of the diversity in our community
• Create a more cohesive culture within their organization
• Create a more people focused culture

2020 Session Schedule
Each program runs from 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

August 18th

Applications must be received by February 8, 2020 to be considered for the program year. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Applicants will be notified of their status no later than February 28, 2020.

PLEASE NOTE: Applications do not guarantee acceptance as a limited number of candidates are selected each year.
