Speakers:
Diana Springer, Clinical Social Worker
Diana Springer is a clinical social worker specialized in working with those struggling with perinatal mood disorders, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges with an acceptance and values-based approach. Diana utilizes humor, metaphors, and self-compassion as integral elements of her clinical work. She is certified in perinatal mental health and is trained in DBT, ACT, and Compassion-Focused Therapy. She has built and facilitated groups on numerous topics including women’s self-care, mindfulness and well-being during the perinatal period, DBT skills, and coping with depression. Her passion, empathy and knowledge of the behavioral health field provide continued impact throughout our WNY community and beyond.
